Order for others too

The Swiss e-vignette belongs to a licence plate, not to a person. You can therefore order it for your own car, a company vehicle, a family member’s motorcycle or a trailer.

How do I order the Swiss e-vignette?

1
Enter the licence plate and the country of registration exactly as they appear in the vehicle documents. Then choose the category: car (including vans and motorhomes up to 3.5 t), motorcycle or trailer. A trailer or caravan always gets a vignette of its own.
2
Choose the date from which you need the vignette. Switzerland has only one annual vignette, so there is no duration to pick: whenever it starts, it remains valid until 31 January at the end of its vignette year (Vignette 2026 until 31 January 2027).
3
Enter an email address you check regularly. We will send the payment confirmation and the e-vignette registration confirmation there. If you wish, we will also remind you by email before the vignette expires on 31 January.
4
Pay for your order by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, QR code or bank transfer. As soon as the payment reaches us, we start registering your Swiss e-vignette.
5
You will first receive an email confirming your payment. The e-vignette can only be used once a second email – the activation confirmation – arrives. Please wait for it before driving onto a Swiss motorway or expressway.

Find the right vignette for your trip

CZ Czechia

In the Czech Republic, an electronic motorway vignette is required for vehicles up to 3.5 t. Vignettes are available for 1 day, 10 days, 30 days or 1 year. Motorcycles are exempt from the obligation to pay for an electronic motorway vignette. The electronic motorway vignette is linked to the vehicle registration number, so there is no need to place anything on the windscreen.

SK Slovakia

In Slovakia, an electronic motorway vignette is required for vehicles up to 3.5 t and also for O1 and O2 trailers where required by applicable regulations. Vignettes are available for 1 day, 10 days, 30 days or 365 days. Motorcycles do not require an electronic motorway vignette when travelling on Slovak motorways.

HU Hungary

In Hungary, electronic motorway vignettes are divided into categories: D1M for motorcycles, D1 for passenger vehicles up to 3.5 t with no more than 7 seats, D2 for passenger vehicles up to 3.5 t with more than 7 seats, and U for selected trailers. Vignettes are available for 1 day, 10 days, 1 month or 1 year. In addition to the nationwide annual vignette, you can also purchase an annual vignette valid only for a selected region.

BG Bulgaria

In Bulgaria, an electronic vignette is required for vehicles up to 3.5 t travelling on toll roads. Vignettes are available for 1 day, a weekend, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months or 1 year. If the combined maximum authorised mass of the vehicle and trailer exceeds 3.5 t, a separate vignette is also required for the trailer. The electronic vignette is linked to the registration number, so no windscreen sticker is needed.

CH Switzerland

Switzerland has launched an electronic version of its annual highway vignette. Use our independent registration service for a quick online process instead of ordering a physical sticker.

RO Romania

Since 1 October 2026 the Rovinieta is sold in four categories: A cars with up to 9 seats, B goods vehicles up to 3.5 t, C minibuses with 10–23 seats and D buses with more than 23 seats. The price also depends on the vehicle’s Euro emission class – if you do not know it, choose Euro 0–3. Vignettes are available for 1 day, 10 days, 30 days, 60 days or 1 year. Motorcycles are exempt from the Rovinieta. Some Danube bridges are subject to an additional toll.

SI Slovenia

In Slovenia, the e-Vignette is available for motorcycles (1), standard vehicles up to 3.5 t (2A) and higher vehicles up to 3.5 t (2B). An additional fee applies for passing through the Karawanks Tunnel.
